Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY TIME - 1 to 3 working days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 9 - 15 working days

Products that is ready to ship are processed & dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

Slippers to order takes about 2 weeks to make.

UK delivery should take 1-3 working days to arrive but can sometimes take longer at peak times. International orders should take 9-15 workings days but can also be vulnerable to delays, taking up to 21 working days. NONE OF THIS IS GUARANTEED and mail is classed as undelivered after 21 working days. 

For the smaller products we are using bubble envelope. Slippers and Cat Caves a wraped in tissue paper and sent in strong cardboard box.

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, Second Class post for UK orders, and standard airmail for all international orders. Please get in touch if your order is urgent and faster delivery is required.

Orders are not insured or tracked. If you would prefer to have your order tracked or insured, please let me know prior to purchase and I can calculate the extra cost and create a listing to include it.

Receipts
I do not send receipts with packages. If you require one please include this in the ‘note to buyer’ section and I will print one for you.

Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable.
